Thomas J. Griffin PhD, CAP Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Griffin is the CEO and founder of The Transition House, Inc. Dr. Griffin has over 20 years experience in the addictions field. He has lead this agency since its inception in 1993. Dr. Griffin encourages his staff to adhere to all of the newest evidence Based Treatment Protocols that are available in this complex field.
Robert A. Hafer MBA, CAP Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Hafer has been with The Transition House, Inc since 2001. He is in charge of the day to day operations of this agency. Since he began employment with this agency as a case manager he has gone onto obtaining both his MBA and his Certified Addictions Professional status. Mr. Hafer duties include the overall financial and operational aspects of this agency.
Susan Aery EdD, LMHC, CAP Veterans Program Manager
Dr Aery has been with The Transition House, Inc since 2008. She began her career as a Substance Abuse Counselor at our Transition/Work Release Program prior to taking over our Veterans Program. She has over 20 years experience in both the Substance Abuse fields as well as the mental health field and is a former RN.
